Life Drop Water Technology Trading LLC is a UAE-based company providing premium water purification solutions for homes and Commercial offices. Our services include supply, installation, filter replacement, preventive maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), repairs, and after-sales support across the United Arab Emirates.

By purchasing our products or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Pricing & VAT

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
• A VAT invoice will be issued for every completed purchase.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before installation unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Professional Installation

• Installation is performed by trained technicians.
• Customers must provide access to water and electricity.
• Additional plumbing or electrical work will be charged separately.
• Installation schedules depend on technician availability.

6. Free Service & Annual Maintenance (AMC)

Life Drop Water Technology Trading L.L.C. provides installation, maintenance, repair, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services for eligible water purification systems in accordance with the applicable product, warranty, or service agreement.

• Installation by authorized technicians.
• Periodic maintenance visits, including quarterly service visits where specified under the applicable warranty or AMC plan.
• Inspection, cleaning, testing, and maintenance of the water purification system as required.
• Replacement of filters, membranes, consumables, or spare parts when necessary and as covered under the applicable warranty or AMC.
• Diagnosis and rectification of faults, subject to product condition and service eligibility.
• Performance and water quality checks may be carried out during service visits.

The scope of service, availability of replacement parts, response times, and maintenance coverage are subject to the applicable warranty, AMC, or individual service agreement. Services are provided by Life Drop Water Technology Trading L.L.C. or its authorized service representatives.

7. Filter Replacement

Recommended filter replacement schedules are based on normal household usage. Actual replacement intervals may vary depending on water quality, TDS level, water consumption, storage tank condition, and local water supply.

Our technicians may recommend earlier or later replacement after inspection.

8. Product Warranty

Warranty is valid only upon presentation of the original purchase invoice. Warranty duration is generally 12 months from the dateof invoice.

Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing defects.
• Factory component failure under normal operating conditions.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Physical or accidental damage.
• Improper installation by third parties.
• Electrical fluctuations or power surges.
• Damage caused by poor plumbing or water supply.
• Misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.
• Unauthorized repairs or product modifications.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund.
• Installed or used products are non-refundable.
• Completed installation and service charges are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

10. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate installation details and contact information.
• Ensure access to water and electrical connections.
• Operate the purifier according to the user instructions.
• Arrange timely maintenance and filter replacement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Life Drop Water Technology Trading LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper use, plumbing issues, electrical failures, water supply interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the relevant product or service.

12. Privacy Policy

Customer information collected through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or service requests is used only for installation, maintenance, warranty, customer support, and related communications.

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
